NUQO Partners with West Vancouver Schools to Deliver 116 New Child Care Spaces

Exciting News for Families in West Vancouver

NUQO is thrilled to announce our latest partnership with West Vancouver Schools, aimed at creating 116 new child care spaces in the community. With the support of the ChildCareBC New Spaces Fund, this project will establish the West Vancouver Schools Early Childhood Education Centre—bringing crucial child care services to local families.

A Holistic Approach to Child Care Facilities

The new centre will offer a wide range of services for families, including:

• 36 spaces for infant-toddlers

• 50 spaces for children aged 30 months to kindergarten

• 30 spaces for school-age children on school grounds

The facility is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment, offering not just child care, but also additional services like family resources, learning opportunities, and spaces for family connection.

NUQO’s Commitment to Building Sustainable Communities

At NUQO, we are always looking for ways to contribute to sustainable and culturally sensitive developments, and this project aligns perfectly with our values. We are honoured to work with West Vancouver Schools on this initiative, which is designed to exceed environmental standards and integrate child-friendly spaces into the heart of the community.

By collaborating with esteemed professionals like our partners in architecture and construction, NUQO is helping to bring this vision to life. We believe this project will provide much-needed support to working families, helping parents balance career demands with their children’s educational needs.

Looking Ahead

We are proud to be part of this meaningful project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on the community. Stay tuned for updates as we bring this exciting new development to fruition!
